-Took my horse to get trained for riding; horse had been trained for month
-Sunday June 4th; day before horse was coming home; I was asked to bring my own riding saddle and I could try on horse and ride
- The new saddle was not a good fit; horse was struggling and trainer proceeded to use anyway
- Horse was led to an area with obstacles all over the ground
- The combination of pinching saddle and obstacles on the ground; horse spooked and I went flying and hit the ground hard
- I blacked out; have broken ribs and shoulder blade
- Will be off work for 2-months
- Clearly horse was not ready; warning signs that trainer missed that night

- Noticed from day one that their hay being fed to horses was not very goodI wanted to supply my own hay but they assured me that they had other hay
- Bad hay continued to be used and I requested to have theirs removed from the pen and I brought my own
- Lessons were missed by trainer, that I was aware; ther
