I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have been upfront with the dates of my purchase and it has never been in dispute that I currently have owned the furniture for some time However, the ONLY reason why it's been owned for some time is because no one would resolve the matter in a timely fashion If Sheraton would look over their paperwork they will see that I have expressed concerns numerous times shortly after the one year time The sofa was even repaired at one time I do not consider this matter resolved but monetarily I feel I should be compensated If not for the amount I requested, then what amount would bring this matter to resolution

Again, we allowed this customer to reselect after having furniture in his home for over months.We brought it back and allowed him to get new furniture because he was dissatisfied with theoriginal orderHe is now calling and 1/years later for serviceOur service warranty runs throughthe first year furniture is in the homeAfter that, we provide our service support, which, by the wayis an outside companyWe do not make any money on serviceThe customer is responsible for paying this outside service for any repair work done on his furnitureThank you

I'm sorry for my delay in response. I missed the email and just noticed it today. Mr. [redacted] purchased a sectional from our store 11/2011. He was dissatisfied with that sectional and we allowed him to return it in June of 2012 after having it in his home for 6 months.He then reselected another...

sectional and was delivered in June of 2012. He has had thisfurniture in his home for 3 and 1/2 years. The manufacturer covers furniture labor and partsfor the first year. The furniture is out of warranty. We can send out a repair man to repair any issues with the furniture but it will be at the customer's cost. Lori at Sheraton Furniture
