I'm sorry for my delay in responseI missed the email and just noticed it todayMr [redacted] purchased a sectional from our store 11/He was dissatisfied with that sectional and we allowed him to return it in June of after having it in his home for months.He then reselected another sectional and was delivered in June of He has had thisfurniture in his home for and 1/yearsThe manufacturer covers furniture labor and partsfor the first yearThe furniture is out of warrantyWe can send out a repair man to repair any issues with the furniture but it will be at the customer's costLori at Sheraton Furniture
