This business convinced me that it would be in my best interest to enter into a cost plus contract to build a custom home Once signed the estimated cost to build rapidly went through the roof and ultimately cost more that 150% of the original pricing And, then they had the gall to refuse to work of the punch list unless I would agree to continue paying for the work that they had done wrong in the first place I am not sure how many times they expected to get paid for the same job They could continue to do sub-standard work and continue to ask for more money In the end, they left me with an incomplete, although legally occupy-able, home that still has safety concerns and a number of corrections that I will need to do
