Review: I purchased glasses on 2/13/15 paid for with my debit card and they decide not to send into process until 03/18/15. Over a month later when there was no money available for it.Desired Settlement: If they cannot process a card in one month they do not need the money then.

Response:
When anybody buys something with a check, credit or debit card, they are to maintain
money in the account to cover the cost of those purchases. The time that the purchase is made
and when the money is debit from an account docs not change the person obligation of payment
for services or goods that were purchased.
Our credit card machine stopped working properly on February 11th, 2015 for about a
month. as soon as we were notified of the problem it was fixed. This lead to may payments being
processed later than the day of purchase.
