He returned my phone calls and showed up right on timeI was home both days that he worked on my structural repairs - and knew that he had years of experience - just by the way he instructed his two helpersHe wanted the job to be done right and wanted me happy (and I am a lady)! He finished in less time than expected, swept up and hauled off all the debris) He will be first on my list when I get ready to replace my deck, vinyl side my garage and replace my base-boards (once my tile is installed)I would be willing to recommend him to anyone (in fact, I have already been doing that)! ***

Recently had an issue with my kitchen faucet, I'm not much of a handyman but I called every local handyman to get a estimate on replacing my kitchen faucet*** had the best price and had me setup to get it fixed sooner than anyone, and when I say anyone I mean anyone I called the whole town looking for estimatesBut when *** did show up he was in and out and our new faucet is working greatI plan to go to *** for any future home repair issues

Food and drinks were left on a daily basis. He never cleaned up the drywall dust he created either. I had to spend hours cleaning up after him on a daily basis. He and his team are not good painters, nor does he do a good job at drywall seams. Too expensive, poor quality work, and not a professional who cleans up after himself. Wants to be paid in cash to avoid taxes. This guy is a scam artist.

Found Mr. [redacted] on the Revdex.com site. He came out and gave an estimate on roof which was very fair. He fixed the roof as stated and painted. He built a fence and did some work on the inside of my home. He provided quality work and timely. I am now considering him for building a deck.

[redacted] did remodeling and upgrading work in my home. Found him to be very dependable and they did a good job.

New to area, looking for good installation work and found it with Don Phillips. He was on time, conscientious and accurate. Professional and finished all work in a reasonable time frame. He cleaned all areas after finishing.

Donald Philips has been 100% the most reliable person east of I-95 to help with ANYTHING I have needed here in New Bern, NC. Raining and roof leaking during a flood? NO PROBLEM! No excuses, no hassle!!! AMAZING! A true blessing. I have never had things go so perfectly! I called 10 repair services in one day. He is the only person to return my call.
Once you use Mr. Philips handy man service you will never need anyone else. PERIOD! He does things the way it should be. You call? HE ANSWERS or calls you BACK! UNHEARD OF HERE IN NEW BERN!! And what could be better you ask? He comes out when he tells you he will! ANOTHER FIRST for NEW BERN! I wish I had found him when I moved here 6 years ago. It does not get any easier to find help than calling this gentleman.
