In response to *** *** complaint, *** became a patient in our office in and had visits in which treatment was explained, paid for and completed with complete satisfaction with both parties.The last visits in our office in
were for emergency treatment to relieve pain patient was complaining ofA root canal treatment was started and patient was instructed to return to complete the second portion of this treatment. Patient never returned to have treatment completed or resolve his balance due. After several months of trying to correspond with patient and resolve the uncompleted treatment and balance due we were forced to turn the account over to our collection agency.Patient did not comply with Doctor's instruction and was informed of consequences if treatment was not completed.This transaction was over years ago and his balance due was minimal.All treatment on *** was done with complete compliance and integrity,Dr.*** *** prides himself on honesty and compassion for his patients dental needs.Dr.*** *** is a well respected clinician among his peers and has never had a complaint brought against him in his over years of practice.He invites you to review his over five star reviews from his loyal patients.*** ***

Extremely negative experienceFailed treatments, refusal to issue a refund even after the insurance carrier determined the the treatment was inappropriate and requested DP to refund the fees charged

The last 2 visits in our office in 2010 were for emergency treatment to relieve pain patient was complaining of. A root canal treatment was started and patient was instructed to return to complete the second portion of this treatment. 
Patient never returned to have treatment completed or resolve his balance due. After several months of trying to correspond with patient and resolve the uncompleted treatment and balance due we were forced to turn the account over to our collection agency.
Patient did not comply with Doctor's instruction and was informed of consequences if treatment was not completed.
This transaction was over 5 years ago and his balance due was minimal.
