Review: I hired [redacted] to do my NYS and Federal tax returns for 2012, which he completed. He has already been paid. However, there was an issue with my NYS tax return getting adjusted down roughly $400, which he said was an error on their part.He stated (back in April and May) that he would resolve the issue, and that he was actively working on it. There was even a phone conversation over which he had told me that he had already filed an amendment to the return and that it was in their hands, though after calling the NYS Dept of Taxation and Finance they reported that there was nothing beyond the original tax return filed.Desired Settlement: Ideally, he would complete the services. He has been unresponsive via phone and email, and at this point I am trying to resolve the matter myself.
