Mr. Wyatt paved our driveway on June 30, 2014 and by Sept. 2014 it had started to crack. I called and he came out and said the cracks should seal themselves when the weather turned warmer and to wait until Spring to see what they looked like. June 2015 contacted his secretary several times because the cracks didn't seal and more occurred over the Winter. For 13 momths and many phone calls to his secretary (he never returned a single one) we still have a multi-cracked driveway. He did come out June 25, 2014 more to chastise my wife (I was gone) for all the phone calls to his secretary. He never showed any interest in the fact that we had a defective, cracked driveway and my wife couldn't get an answer as to when he would fix it. We have lost all faith in Mr.Wyatt and will have to seek legal help to get it resolved.
