A well inspection was performed on April 7th, This inspection was performed in a manner to comply with state regulations and industry practices for a home private water system inspection These inspections are commonly required for residential property transfers by loan companies or purchase agreements Some counties require every home sale to document with the local health department a water well inspection Donamarc performed this inspection as described above As to whether this is what the customer desired as a report, this may or may not have provided what the customer is stating what they are looking for The information in the report does provide information that this is a working system that is satisfactory for a house This means that it is good for the house that was being sold/purchasedThere is one discrepancy that lists original flow rate at time well was drilled This is an entry error, that is acknowledged in the notes of the report which is noted as follows “No Well Log is available for this well General Well Construction, Grouting Method, Casing Depth and Total Depth is Unknown.” In regards to other information on the report, after further review there does not seem to be any other discrepancies The questioned flow rate is documented on the report as showing that sinks and a spigot were ran for minutes with a flow of 7gpm We have no reason to believe that this is incorrect If the well were only making 2-3gpm as mentioned in the complaint, this would then only allow for one faucet to be ran because there would not have been enough water Water flow rates are documented at the time of the test as a picture in time They can change due to time or mechanical reasonsThe recent conversations regarding upgrading the current well or replacing the well are the result of continuous evaluation of what would be best for the customer in light of ongoing conversations and collected information Don M [redacted] was making recommendations to look at replacing the well because he thought based upon recent conversations with the property owner that they were planning on modifying the house construction to work around the existing well It was his understanding that this would create a situation where the well would not be able to be serviced in the future by a rigTechnically the report is factual that was prepared For the purpose of a real estate or bank transfer the report is what our customer needed If one of the purposes of this report was not for the use of a real estate or bank use, please let us know It can take a couple of week at times to prepare in-depth quotes for replacing a water well system The quote was ready the same day that this complaint was received We put on hold any further process to quote work because it is our policy to resolve complaints before quoting additional work In summary, I can understand the customers frustration if they were expecting to get a new construction evaluation of the existing water system and we instead performed a real estate transfer report If the customer did not use this report prepared for the real estate transfer needs, we would be happy to refund money for this report

*** ***It takes time to research and then comply with your imposed deadlines. I was unable to answer the offer made by Donamarc. I don’t know the whole story of the well yetIt takes time when you must remove a house!I have hired other professionals that must now clean up what Donamarc stated as truth.I have to take down the existing home which just happened a day ago. Then another company is then coming to try to repair the well that Donamarc stated had water pressure of GPM. It is ironic that only two months later after Donamarc made inspection of well that it slipped into only GPM. I do not see how a simply disclaimer at the end of a form warrants putting in information that is not true. If no information was available for this well, why fill in the form in that space at all? Why hire a professional that doesn’t listen when you say the test is for us not the bank. WE will be tearing the existing home down. How does that NOT say to a professional Oh then I should conduct a new construction inspection. It is clearly neglect on their partIf they refund me for the test will I be satisfied? No…….but they should at the very least do so because it told me only about the water quality. I didn’t really need thatI needed to know if we were going to need to work money into the loan for the house’s well to be redone. This document told me no the well was fine. When I was sent the documentThe email began here is your well inspection. NOT here is your water test you asked for!!I am not sure when I can get the well repaired to know what cost I should be asking from Donamarc. If they would of done due diligence like I expected from a professional company. They might be doing the work for me!?But gosh they completely ignored me for weeks with no call or contact by them after screwing up and doing the wrong test and telling me it was my fault! If the Revdex.com is worth it’s salt. It should at least serve to warn people of the pitfalls of this company. A simple “well you just ordered the wrong test” just doesn’t fix neglect and shotty done paperwork.Sincerely,***

A well inspection was performed on April 7th, 2017.   This inspection was performed in a manner to comply with state regulations and industry practices for a home private water system inspection.   These inspections are commonly required for residential property transfers by loan...

companies or purchase agreements.  Some counties require every home sale to document with the local health department a water well inspection.   Donamarc performed this inspection as described above.   As to whether this is what the customer desired as a report, this may or may not have provided what the customer is stating what they are looking for.   The information in the report does provide information that this is a working system that is satisfactory for a house.    This means that it is good for the house that was being sold/purchased. There is one discrepancy that lists original flow rate at time well was drilled.  This is an entry error, that is acknowledged in the notes of the report which is noted as follows “No Well Log is available for this well.  General Well Construction, Grouting Method, Casing Depth and Total Depth is Unknown.” In regards to other information on the report, after further review there does not seem to be any other discrepancies.   The questioned flow rate is documented on the report as showing that 2 sinks and a spigot were ran for 35 minutes with a flow of 7gpm.   We have no reason to believe that this is incorrect.   If the well were only making 2-3gpm as mentioned in the complaint, this would then only allow for one faucet to be ran because there would not have been enough water.   Water flow rates are documented at the time of the test as a picture in time.   They can change due to time or mechanical reasons. The recent conversations regarding upgrading the current well or replacing the well are the result of continuous evaluation of what would be best for the customer in light of ongoing conversations and collected information.   Don M[redacted] was making recommendations to look at replacing the well because he thought based upon recent conversations with the property owner that they were planning on modifying the house construction to work around the existing well.   It was his understanding that this would create a situation where the well would not be able to be serviced in the future by a rig. Technically the report is factual that was prepared.   For the purpose of a real estate or bank transfer the report is what our customer needed.   If one of the purposes of this report was not for the use of a real estate or bank use, please let us know.    It can take a couple of week at times to prepare in-depth quotes for replacing a water well system.   The quote was ready the same day that this complaint was received.   We put on hold any further process to quote work because it is our policy to resolve complaints before quoting additional work.    In summary, I can understand the customers frustration if they were expecting to get a new construction evaluation of the existing water system and we instead performed a real estate transfer report.    If the customer did not use this report prepared for the real estate transfer needs, we would be happy to refund money for this report.
