I had Mr. Donathan to come and pump my tank out he did a very bad job ..he did not pump the tank all the way out n only pumped out 1 side..it caused the tank to over flow n sewer water was standing on top of the ground. its smell was horrible .I contacted him n he never called back.the last time he was contacted he said we would have to take him to court because he was not giving back no money unless a judge told him to..we then had to pay someone else to come pump the tank out and he said it was not pumped out and if we needed him as a witness to testify on our behalf that he would be glad to.my wife has health issues and I have small grandchildren living in my home...the other company that we had to pay was [redacted] n [redacted] His name is Mr.[redacted] his numbers is XXX-XXX-XXXX...cell number is XXX-XXX-XXXX he said you could contact him any day...I do not feel his service was professional n I feel that if it was done right the first time we would not have had to pay a second time..Desired SettlementTO BE PAID IN FULL TO ME IN THE AMOUNT OF 175.00 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...Business Response /[redacted]/I, [redacted], President of Donathan Pumping Service, Inc. did pump out the septic Tank at the address of the complainant on 02/20/2014 and both ends of the tank were pumped. The customer flushed the toilets (2) and everything was working properly at that time. I advised the customer that they needed to refrain from driving their vehicles over the septic systems as it would damage the septic tank and drain lines. Two to three weeks later, the customer called with one toilet flushing and the other was slow flushing. I went back out to the property and the water level in the tank was fine. When the customer flushed the toilets, they both flowed into the tank properly. I did not charge the customer for any services at that time. Customer called on Saturday, 05/02/15 at 9:42 am requesting to speak with the owner. I returned the call Monday, 05/04/15 in the am and she advised she was taking further action if I didn't refund the $175.00. She further advised she would see me in court over this matter. I responded that a judge would order me to refund her the $175.00 before I would do it as I performed my duties in pumping they septic system fifteen months ago. I do not feel that I nor our company was unprofessional or failed to provide quality service to the customer.Consumer Response /[redacted]/the information that he submitted to you all is not true, he never came to my house a second time. I feel if it was done rite the first time I dont feel I would have to have had it done again in less than 15 months..a septic tank should not have to be pumped that often.you cannot drive over the septic system.I asked him when he was here was he suppose to pump all the sewer out the tank his response was no. because when he did pump the tank he left the sewer about 12 inches from being full thats why I asked the question because I was looking at it when it was done..he had did 2 tanks down the road from me before he came to my house n they are still having the same problem that I was having so I feel there is noway my tank was properly done because his truck was only 2000 gallons..a sewer tank usually only needs pumping out anywhere from 5 to 10 years n its only been 15 months but my trouble started way before this that is why we contacted him..I feel as though I am getting the bad end of the situation n as being a customer I am truly disappointed and angry and very dissatisfied with him and his service.
