I ordered $148.95 worth of merchandise. It took over a month to receive the package and when it arrived the quality was BEYOND terrible and nothing fit. I had emailed back and forth with their "customer service" stipulating that a refund would be issued once they received the items I wanted to return. I mailed them back with a tracking number and emailed them once I knew they had received my package. I never heard from them again and in fact, received the package I had tried to return to them with a stamp saying "refused, return to sender". I am desperately trying to get that money back. This is a total scam "company" and they are stealing from people.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I ordered several tops and cardigans. They arrived but were not as advertised. Poor quality. Products come from China. I returned per their return policy. Sent it as they requested to the address they gave me. They refused my return. They keep promising a refund but I have not received it. I have a dispute filed with *** which I am appealing because they sided with the seller.

Ordered a sweater on OCT 27, 2019, on OCT 31 I received shipment notification and tracking number. Since that date - my package has not moved and it has been over 30 days. Several email exchanges with the company regarding my order and the only response given is - here is your tracking number. The package is not moving and their web page advises that products are expected 10 - 15 days after shipment. I have given this plenty of time to arrive. They are not offering any type of solution at all to my issue. I have asked for a refund, they have not acknowledged that email at all, and just keep telling me.... here is your tracking number. Buyer beware

Tried returning item to Doicys to the Person(Feng Z) and Address(***) they GAVE me,,and it was REFUSED! Not only am I out $45 — but the return of $10.40 !

I ordered my cardigan in October 2019 and never received it. They keep sending generic emails and they have no phone number. It is a complete SCAM

I purchased an item off their website not knowing it was coming from China. Shipping said 7-12 days and I received the item 5 weeks later. Item also was not the color shown in the picture and I did not like. I have emailed them back over 30 times back and forth about returning and getting a refund and even asked for Free return label. Always got same automated response we are here to help. They offered to send me another FREE item and told me to keep the one I have. Never got it! Finally emailed them back again and told them I did not want the item and I wanted to return for FULL REFUND! Finally got a email from a Feng Z saying I could return the item to address given which was *** and I paid $9.45 with a tracking # Just got a email saying they REFUSED my package and its being returned to me! I want my money back for the item I purchased which was $41.99 and shipping I paid for $9.45. This company is awful and cant believe they are in business. Ive been dealing with them since end of Sept trying to get refund.

Placed order on 9/28. Never received. Sent 3 emails. No response.

I ordered a cardigan and it was too small. I contacted customer service and they said keep the M and they would send me a L no problem. That was over 40 days and about 6 emails ago. They won’t reimburse me and when I email them asking for a shipping update or a confirmation number they tell me not to worry “it will come soon”. I want my money back.

Website is a scam. The products are junk......if they send them at all. Trouble getting a refund.

I responded to an ad on Instagram and ordered a product online on Oct *. When my product didn't arrive I checked tracking and it appeared that my order was going from the US TO China so I started trying to reach out to this company in several ways - email, social media - and got no response. I have concerns that this is a scam. Per the transaction the actual merchant appears to Belinda Fashion Group.

I placed 2 orders within in the same day with company. When I got ther first order, I was extremely unhappy with products and the company. First, 11 items were smooshed into a tiny box! Second, all of the clothing was made poorly and most items look nothing like what are in the pictures! Third, I didn't receive one of my sweaters and there were 2 or 3 items that I didn't order! Fourth, one if the sweaters that came (I didn't order) was completely damaged and defective! I spent $389.00 in these clothes and the invoice values them at $110.00. I emailed the company asking how to go about returning these items for a full refund (as per website instructions) and also asked them to pay for the cost of the shipping because there were too many mistakes with my order and I shouldn't have to pay for your mistakes. I for the second order several days later and don't an email asking to return those as well. It's taken me over 30 emails with this company and several weeks to make any kind of progress. I was only refunded for 1 order $59.98 ther second order still has not been refunded to me for $389.98! I hagfre emails stating that I would get a refund but they still have not given it to me and I returned all items to the address I provided on the previous page. I've asked several times in my email to dial3 to a manager and all attempts to get a phone number to speak to someone have been ignored by this company. Their customer service is despicable, their clothes are nothing like what's pictured on the website, their clothes are poorly made and some defective, and they don't honor their return policy. this company states it has boutiques all over the country but I think the clothes are all made in China and the business is based in China.

While I have received refunds for the orders I've returned, I HAVE NOT received a refund for the shipping charges I incurred. I am still waiting to be refunded for the amount of $22.25 for the shipping costs. I have made it very clear that I should not be charged for returning products that were not as pictured on their website, for items I didn't order, and for extremely poor quality clothes! These were all their mistakes and I should not be responsible for the shipping costs!

This is ridiculous! What don't you understand? I will never do business with your company ever again for several major reasons I've already listed in previous correspondences. I don't want any discounts, I want my money back! You stated that you would refund me my shipping costs (I provided the evidence), so stop with the back and forth nonsense and refund me!
