I am rejecting this response because:I still want tint on my vehicle, by not having it, it can decrease the resale valueIt's not fair that I have to pay for their mistakesAnd I did not get the vehicle at a discounted price, I got asked what price they would have to go down to for me to buy it, I said the price, then they replied with 45$ more than that priceI would have not bought the car if it had illegal tintI also would have not bought the car for the price I got it for if it didn't have tintThey also said they would fix my steering wheel before I drove it off the lot, and they made a temporary fix to itThere repair men do not know what they are doing, I do not want them taking tint off my vehicle or touching itThey forgot to put oil in a car they sold to someone so the motor blew up, I found this out after the factWould you want someone touching your vehicle after you heard that? And yes my boyfriend was going to go buy a truck from them after I bought my vehicle, but why would I encourage him to go spend thousands of dollars at a place that can't own up to their mistakes? Everything I have said has been nothing but the truth, if it portrays them to look like a bad dealership then maybe they should stop pointing fingers at me, and start fixing their mistakes
