Thank you for doing and saying anything in an attempt to relieve your dealership of responsibility in this matterYou have failed to see the point hereYour sales people did not disclose all information regarding the vehicle's historyAt the end of the day you were well aware that this vehicle was damaged in some manor, and in saying that, I'd also like to thank you for dumping it on meYou have gone to all lengths to avoid helping me and for that I will add that you are a dishonerable business, you have broken every unspoken rule of business in factAnd since your time is so valuable and you'd like me to forget about all of this, I'll keep this response short, how about that? There is an undeniable truth that exists in this situation that is as follows: I was sold a damaged vehicle and I was not briefed on its full service history or even the fact that your dealership had it serviced for a major and expensive oil problem before it was sold to me, since I bought the car the symptoms of a major problem have been presentWhen I contacted your dealership months ago requesting that you take the vehicle back, you should have accepted to do so instead of forcing me to drive a self destructing vehicleI have tried to solve this probelm many times and in many ways and not once did you cooperateWe will end this "lengthly online dispute" for the sake of your "precious" timeAnd for the last time, I never rejected your second loaner offer, when I called and emailed you the next day you "weren't available" once and not once did you contact me or return my callsThe fact that you expect me to just give up on this and forget about it is ridiculous considering I pay a monthly payment on the vehicle as well as insurance, not to mention that it is my only form of transportationThis issue will drag on for as long as you deny you're proven responsibility in thisOnly look out for yourself, screw over the customers, then ignore them and lie when they need your help, thats how you build a strong business (complete sarcasm).

While I have received the seat I still need to be provided with either the title to the vehicle or the ORIGINAL Blue copy of the New Hampshire Title Application in order to register my vehicle. I have attempted to register my vehicle four times and cannot without it. My lienholder has attempted to work on my behalf with the dealer and has not had any success. The DMV contacted the dealer and was told by the dealership that they were authorized to apply for titles in New Hampshire, however the CTA number was a duplicate and was a photocopy of the application and not the original form (with carbon copies) that needed to be utilized. The DMV informed me that if they were unable to provide the title or the original blue title application that I had been sold the vehicle illegally. In order to resolve it, I want the dealer to send me either of the above documents at the following address *** ***, ** *** *** *** ***, *** NH ***. It has been a month

We have made all the efforts to make [redacted] a satisfied customer. We have fixed all of the issues with a car. The vehicle passed safety and imissions inspection in the state of massachussets. No matter what we tried doing, we were unable to satisfy [redacted]. We have all the...

receipts showing that the work was done, prior the sales and after the sale. Just to keep [redacted] happy.

n response to Mr. [redacted]'s response to his initial complaint to Revdex.com.com, we have documented proof that Mr. [redacted] was adding a quart of oil every 600-700 miles and this is documented on the paperwork during his initial visit to [redacted] (Invoice #[redacted]).After the initial complaint to Done Deal Motors by Mr. [redacted] on November 23, 2016, Done Deal Motors has never attempted any repairs on Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle due to the fact that Mr. [redacted] refused to leave the vehicle here at Done Deal Motors' repair shop and refused the loaner vehicle.Mr. [redacted] specified five reasons as to why he did NOT take the loaner vehicle, none of which are valid. The loaner vehicle does NOT have to have any dealership markings on it.The loaner vehicle is not supposed to have rental plates (no such thing exists) or repair/dealer plates (that is illegal to give to a customer to drive on any other time other than a test drive during the sales process). The loaner vehicle does NOT have any bumper stickers and even if it did have anybody's personal items in it (which it did NOT), they could have easily been removed if Mr. [redacted] had taken the time to bring that to our attention. The use of a loaner vehicle does not require any rental agreement or loaner vehicle agreement and the customer was not asked to show any I.D. because we know exactly who he is.The vehicle was not beat up and filthy, it's a 1999 [redacted] with 68,000 miles which we keep very clean and plenty of customers have used it before without any issues. As stated by Mr. [redacted], if [redacted] did find a problem with his vehicle at 87,956 miles, then why did Mr. [redacted] drive to 92,150 miles (a total of 4,194 miles) while knowing there was an issue?92,150 miles is on the invoice when he went to [redacted] (a mechanic of Mr. [redacted]'s choosing), he was supposed to go back to [redacted] where the oil consumption test was performed and needed to be completed.When Mr. [redacted] came on Monday March 6, 2017, the owner [redacted] requested that Mr. [redacted] leave his vehicle with us so that we can diagnose exactly what the issue is and we can figure out what the proper fix is for it.[redacted] also offered Mr. [redacted] another loaner vehicle (a 2012 [redacted]) and Mr. [redacted] again refused it and said that the only resolution to this situation was that he wanted Done Deal Motors to buy the vehicle back which Done Deal Motors is not willing to do because Done Deal Motors has not done anything wrong and we have only attempted to be of assistance to Mr. [redacted].Done Deal Motors does NOT have any interest in engaging in a lengthy online dispute with Mr. [redacted].We have proved that we have attempted to be of assistance and Mr. [redacted] is unsatisfied with this because Mr. [redacted] did not get exactly what he wanted.

Much of the information Done Deal Motors has included in their response to my complaint is inaccurate.  First of all, [redacted] determined that there was in fact a problem with my car. They attempted a repair of the problem by replacing various oil sensors, however they were unsuccessful. When I went to [redacted] for an oil consumption test I DID go back when I was supposed to. Done Deal stated that I did not go back and that I drove over 4,000 miles before going back which is incorrect and can be supported by the [redacted] dealership. Done Deal has failed to correctly piece together the information they have regarding this issue.  Their service department did add oil. When I went in a few days after purchasing the vehicle, Darrius added oil in an attempt to remedy the oil warning light. The amount of oil that he added was not specified however the statement they made about them not adding oil is incorrect. I don’t know why they said that I failed to show up to an appointment at [redacted], I never canceled an appointment at the [redacted] dealership. I canceled work and dentist appointments just to make it to the [redacted] dealership and I paid for all of my appointments anyways so I don’t know where they heard that I canceled my appointment, as the [redacted] dealership will not release my information since I paid them, not Done Deal Motors. [redacted] did NOT determine that my car was perfect. They noted that there was an issue with my vehicle and it was at that point that I scheduled an appointment with [redacted] (another certified [redacted] dealer). I went to [redacted] instead [redacted] since it is 40 miles closer and more convenient for me. I would NEVER drive 4,194 miles in between an oil consumption test, instead I drove the 700 or so miles then returned as I was instructed to.  Regarding their “loaner car”: As I have said before I had more than 5 reasons to reject the loaner car they presented me with: 1.) It had no dealer markings whatsoever2.) It had no rental plates, repair plates or dealer plates, instead it was a set of personal MA plates 3.) The vehicle had personal bumper stickers on it and someone’s personal items in it4.) There was no rental agreement or any kind of loaner agreement, I wasn’t even asked to show I.D or sign any papers before taking the loaner which made it all feel shady5.) The car was old, beat up and filthy which isn’t fair to me since I’m paying $250 a month for my [redacted]. I rejected the loaner because the whole thing seemed wrong and I was not going to drive a mystery car. The fact that I didn’t have to sign any paperwork or anything made it even shadier so for my own protection I refused acceptance of their loaner vehicle. Responsibility does also fall on me if I drive a car that I do not own, or know anything about.  When I went in on Monday, [redacted] did not have his “research” ready. He didn’t actually do any research. Instead he was buying time so that a service tech of his could diagnose the car himself. They even went as far as saying that the [redacted] dealer’s diagnosis of the problem was incorrect. They took my car on a hard test drive which I was not happy about. They nearly red-lined the engine and the service tech said when he put the gas all the way down he noticed something. The problem is that I don’t drive my car that way, I never put the gas all the way down or drive it fast. I know better than to excessively stress a vehicle by driving fast, like they did on their test drive of my vehicle. After talking to Done Deal Motors on Monday, March 6th, I contacted them on Tuesday March 7th to schedule an appointment to bring my car in as [redacted] requested. However, when I called multiple times on Tuesday they completely failed to return my phone calls, they also failed to respond to the email I sent them. They also listed in their response that I refused the loaner once again. I have absolutely no recollection of refusing the loaner as a service appointment was never made (since they ignored me) so how could I reject something that was never offered.  Done Deal Motors keeps falling back on the amount of miles I’ve driven, but in the 8,000 miles I have driven it I have been back and forth to dealership after dealership trying to have this problem solved. The point is that I have had a problem with this car since the day I bought it and it’s been a mystery until recently. It has only been 4 months, I haven’t abused this vehicle or neglected it in any way. Why would I neglect a car I rely on so heavily to transport me to school and work every single day? Why would I neglect a car that I do not yet own? Done Deal just keeps refusing to accept any responsibility in this matter by using excuses and false information, I believe THEY have been unreasonable in their handling of this situation. I have only presented facts while their response to my complaint was inaccurate, embellished and fabricated to suit their favor.

[redacted]

It was a missunderstanding by all the parties. The issue has been addressed and was taken care of. The customer is satisfied and very happy.

When we had the vehicle in our possession it has been running fine, what ever happened between our lot and shipping to Indiana we don't know it might been jump started wrong. I just spoke with [redacted] and have agreed that Done Deal Motors will send him a check for $500 to help him out with the repair. This complain is taken care of.

On November 7, 2016, [redacted] purchased a 2009 [redacted] VIN #: [redacted], from us.Done Deal Motors fully services all vehicles that we sell.Prior to selling this [redacted] to Mr. [redacted], the oil pump was replaced by [redacted] as a necessary repair, and [redacted] did...

not find any other issues with the vehicle. On Wednesday November 23, 2016, Mr. [redacted] notified us via email that the [redacted] was burning a significant amount of oil and we scheduled a service appointment with the offer of a loaner vehicle for December 13, 2016 (per scheduling request of Mr. [redacted]).On December 13, 2016, Mr. [redacted] came in to drop off his vehicle for the service appointment for the oil burning issue and refused to take the loaner we offered to him. Mr. [redacted] left with his [redacted] that day December 13, 2016.On December 21, 2016, Mr. [redacted] emailed us that the issue was persisting and we replied to him that he can schedule an appointment with [redacted] and we will pay for the repairs.Mr. [redacted] scheduled an appointment at [redacted] for December 27, 2016, however, Mr. [redacted] did not show up to [redacted] for December 27, 2016 and rescheduled for January 27, 2017.During this time period, Mr. [redacted] kept driving the [redacted] which was having the oil burning issue. On January 27, 2017, Mr. [redacted] showed up to [redacted], the [redacted] technicians performed a diagnostic test and found that the oil was two quarts over-filled.  Done Deal Motors did not put that oil in the vehicle and the last recorded oil change was when [redacted] replaced the oil pump prior to the sale of the vehicle and the oil level was correct, so somewhere during the time Mr. [redacted] had the [redacted] in his possession, there was an inaccurate amount of oil put in (Mr. [redacted] had told [redacted] that he had been adding a quart of oil every 600-700 miles).[redacted], removed the excess oil, made sure the oil level was correct, checked the spark plugs, checked the engine compression, checked the engine cylinders, and there were no other issues found. To make sure there were no other issues, [redacted] performed an oil consumption test which required Mr. [redacted] to drive a certain amount of miles and then return to [redacted] for final diagnostics.Mr. [redacted], did not return to [redacted] as instructed, instead on March 2, 2017, Mr. [redacted] went to [redacted] (Mr. [redacted]'s mechanic of choice) after driving 4,194 miles since his last visit to [redacted] on January 27, 2017.Mr. [redacted] told [redacted] that the check engine light is on and the engine is misfiring. [redacted] said that the [redacted] needs the cylinder heads to be replaced. On March 3, 2017, Mr. [redacted] called Done Deal Motors, spoke the sales manager and the sales manager told him to come in to talk about the issue.Mr. [redacted] came in on March 3, 2017, spoke with owner [redacted] in regards to this issue. [redacted] requested that Mr. [redacted] give him time until Monday March 6, 2017 to research what can be done about this issue and then Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] will meet on Monday March 6, 2017 and discuss what can be done about this issue. On Monday March 6, 2017, Mr. [redacted] came in and [redacted] requested that he leave the [redacted] with us so that we can diagnose and see what the issue is ourselves so as to effectively service the issue and [redacted] also offered Mr. [redacted] a loaner vehicle.Mr. [redacted] again refused the loaner vehicle, said that he does not trust us to work on his [redacted], and the only option that would satisfy him would be for Done Deal Motors to buy the vehicle back.Done Deal Motors refused to do so because we are not responsible for customer negligence and the fact that the customer drove so many miles while there was supposedly an issue with the vehicle (even though [redacted] specified there was not the last time they saw the vehicle on January 27,2017).Another factor is that Mr. [redacted] drove 8,097 miles between the time he purchased the vehicle on November 7, 2016 and when he went to [redacted] on March 2, 2017 which is a time span of almost four months.Done Deal Motors has made all efforts to be helpful to Mr. [redacted] and he has been unreasonable in his requests.

the gap company charged us 50$ for processing fees. That is why we gave you a check for 50$ less. Also, when you called back last week asking for 50$ I have talks [redacted] that we will mail you the check. The check will be mailed to you on Monday. If you have any other conserns please do not hesitate...

to call.Regards[redacted]
