the gap company charged us 50$ for processing feesThat is why we gave you a check for 50$ lessAlso, when you called back last week asking for 50$ I have talks [redacted] that we will mail you the checkThe check will be mailed to you on Monday. If you have any other conserns please do not hesitate to call.Regards [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below Much of the information Done Deal Motors has included in their response to my complaint is inaccurate First of all, [redacted] determined that there was in fact a problem with my carThey attempted a repair of the problem by replacing various oil sensors, however they were unsuccessfulWhen I went to [redacted] for an oil consumption test I DID go back when I was supposed toDone Deal stated that I did not go back and that I drove over 4,miles before going back which is incorrect and can be supported by the [redacted] dealershipDone Deal has failed to correctly piece together the information they have regarding this issue Their service department did add oilWhen I went in a few days after purchasing the vehicle, Darrius added oil in an attempt to remedy the oil warning lightThe amount of oil that he added was not specified however the statement they made about them not adding oil is incorrectI don’t know why they said that I failed to show up to an appointment at [redacted] , I never canceled an appointment at the [redacted] dealershipI canceled work and dentist appointments just to make it to the [redacted] dealership and I paid for all of my appointments anyways so I don’t know where they heard that I canceled my appointment, as the [redacted] dealership will not release my information since I paid them, not Done Deal Motors [redacted] did NOT determine that my car was perfectThey noted that there was an issue with my vehicle and it was at that point that I scheduled an appointment with [redacted] (another certified [redacted] dealer)I went to [redacted] instead [redacted] since it is miles closer and more convenient for meI would NEVER drive 4,miles in between an oil consumption test, instead I drove the or so miles then returned as I was instructed to Regarding their “loaner car”: As I have said before I had more than reasons to reject the loaner car they presented me with: 1.) It had no dealer markings whatsoever2.) It had no rental plates, repair plates or dealer plates, instead it was a set of personal MA plates 3.) The vehicle had personal bumper stickers on it and someone’s personal items in it4.) There was no rental agreement or any kind of loaner agreement, I wasn’t even asked to show I.D or sign any papers before taking the loaner which made it all feel shady5.) The car was old, beat up and filthy which isn’t fair to me since I’m paying $a month for my ***I rejected the loaner because the whole thing seemed wrong and I was not going to drive a mystery carThe fact that I didn’t have to sign any paperwork or anything made it even shadier so for my own protection I refused acceptance of their loaner vehicleResponsibility does also fall on me if I drive a car that I do not own, or know anything about When I went in on Monday, [redacted] did not have his “research” readyHe didn’t actually do any researchInstead he was buying time so that a service tech of his could diagnose the car himselfThey even went as far as saying that the [redacted] dealer’s diagnosis of the problem was incorrectThey took my car on a hard test drive which I was not happy aboutThey nearly red-lined the engine and the service tech said when he put the gas all the way down he noticed somethingThe problem is that I don’t drive my car that way, I never put the gas all the way down or drive it fastI know better than to excessively stress a vehicle by driving fast, like they did on their test drive of my vehicleAfter talking to Done Deal Motors on Monday, March 6th, I contacted them on Tuesday March 7th to schedule an appointment to bring my car in as [redacted] requestedHowever, when I called multiple times on Tuesday they completely failed to return my phone calls, they also failed to respond to the email I sent themThey also listed in their response that I refused the loaner once againI have absolutely no recollection of refusing the loaner as a service appointment was never made (since they ignored me) so how could I reject something that was never offered Done Deal Motors keeps falling back on the amount of miles I’ve driven, but in the 8,miles I have driven it I have been back and forth to dealership after dealership trying to have this problem solvedThe point is that I have had a problem with this car since the day I bought it and it’s been a mystery until recentlyIt has only been months, I haven’t abused this vehicle or neglected it in any wayWhy would I neglect a car I rely on so heavily to transport me to school and work every single day? Why would I neglect a car that I do not yet own? Done Deal just keeps refusing to accept any responsibility in this matter by using excuses and information, I believe THEY have been unreasonable in their handling of this situationI have only presented facts while their response to my complaint was inaccurate, embellished and fabricated to suit their favor Regards, [redacted]

On November 7, 2016, [redacted] purchased a [redacted] VIN #: [redacted] , from us.Done Deal Motors fully services all vehicles that we sell.Prior to selling this [redacted] to Mr [redacted] , the oil pump was replaced by [redacted] as a necessary repair, and [redacted] did not find any other issues with the vehicle. On Wednesday November 23, 2016, Mr [redacted] notified us via email that the [redacted] was burning a significant amount of oil and we scheduled a service appointment with the offer of a loaner vehicle for December 13, (per scheduling request of Mr [redacted] ).On December 13, 2016, Mr [redacted] came in to drop off his vehicle for the service appointment for the oil burning issue and refused to take the loaner we offered to himMr [redacted] left with his [redacted] that day December 13, 2016.On December 21, 2016, Mr [redacted] emailed us that the issue was persisting and we replied to him that he can schedule an appointment with [redacted] and we will pay for the repairs.Mr [redacted] scheduled an appointment at [redacted] for December 27, 2016, however, Mr [redacted] did not show up to [redacted] for December 27, and rescheduled for January 27, 2017.During this time period, Mr [redacted] kept driving the [redacted] which was having the oil burning issue. On January 27, 2017, Mr [redacted] showed up to [redacted] , the [redacted] technicians performed a diagnostic test and found that the oil was two quarts over-filled Done Deal Motors did not put that oil in the vehicle and the last recorded oil change was when [redacted] replaced the oil pump prior to the sale of the vehicle and the oil level was correct, so somewhere during the time Mr [redacted] had the [redacted] in his possession, there was an inaccurate amount of oil put in (Mr [redacted] had told [redacted] that he had been adding a quart of oil every 600-miles)[redacted] , removed the excess oil, made sure the oil level was correct, checked the spark plugs, checked the engine compression, checked the engine cylinders, and there were no other issues found. To make sure there were no other issues, [redacted] performed an oil consumption test which required Mr [redacted] to drive a certain amount of miles and then return to [redacted] for final diagnostics.Mr [redacted] , did not return to [redacted] as instructed, instead on March 2, 2017, Mr [redacted] went to [redacted] (Mr [redacted] 's mechanic of choice) after driving 4,miles since his last visit to [redacted] on January 27, 2017.Mr [redacted] told [redacted] that the check engine light is on and the engine is misfiring [redacted] said that the [redacted] needs the cylinder heads to be replaced. On March 3, 2017, Mr [redacted] called Done Deal Motors, spoke the sales manager and the sales manager told him to come in to talk about the issue.Mr [redacted] came in on March 3, 2017, spoke with owner [redacted] in regards to this issue [redacted] requested that Mr [redacted] give him time until Monday March 6, to research what can be done about this issue and then Mr [redacted] and [redacted] will meet on Monday March 6, and discuss what can be done about this issue. On Monday March 6, 2017, Mr [redacted] came in and [redacted] requested that he leave the [redacted] with us so that we can diagnose and see what the issue is ourselves so as to effectively service the issue and [redacted] also offered Mr [redacted] a loaner vehicle.Mr [redacted] again refused the loaner vehicle, said that he does not trust us to work on his ***, and the only option that would satisfy him would be for Done Deal Motors to buy the vehicle back.Done Deal Motors refused to do so because we are not responsible for customer negligence and the fact that the customer drove so many miles while there was supposedly an issue with the vehicle (even though [redacted] specified there was not the last time they saw the vehicle on January 27,2017).Another factor is that Mr [redacted] drove 8,miles between the time he purchased the vehicle on November 7, and when he went to [redacted] on March 2, which is a time span of almost four months.Done Deal Motors has made all efforts to be helpful to Mr [redacted] and he has been unreasonable in his requests

When we had the vehicle in our possession it has been running fine, what ever happened between our lot and shipping to Indiana we don't know it might been jump started wrongI just spoke with [redacted] and have agreed that Done Deal Motors will send him a check for $to help him out with the repairThis complain is taken care of
