Done Right Auto Repair

Review: I took my car to Done Right Auto to be told why the check engine light was on. It drove when I arrived. After messing with some wiring, the car would not start. I had to leave the car at his shop, with a promise that he would contact the dealer where I bought my car on Monday morning to see how the issue could be resolved. Instead, he took it upon himself to try and fix it and ruined the car. Four days later, after being ignored and lied to, I had my car towed to the dealership for them to repair. The car not only had to be completely rewired but a new computer had to be installed with a total bill being over $1400.00 The certified [redacted] technicians concluded that negligence by [redacted], owner of Done Right, caused the issued. I never received an apology, an admission of guilt or an offer to take care of the bill that he caused. Instead, I got nothing but ignorance.Desired Settlement: I would like reimbursement for the total bill caused by Done Right Auto, which I can provide.
