In response to complaint #***, This matter was an insurance claim. I have the right to charge storage for a vehicle sitting on my property for an extended length of timeAll body shops charge storage on all vehicles sitting on their propertyThis was a motorhome not a car or light
truck so it took up lots of space on my property and was not movable until repair were madeThis made it difficult to work around with other vehiclesMy property is not that largeThis customer needs to fight his insurance company for the storage money not me

I disagree with what he said when he said he was going to charge storage it sounded like he was doing it against the insurance company but what he did against was the customer me

I'm sorry this person feels I billed him wrong on this situation. Again the motorhome was for a very long period of time, more then it should have been due to his insurance taking a long time to handle his accident claim.  I will not refund any money on this matter.  Sometimes you can't please everyone..

I took my small motorhome to Done Right Auto in May 2015 for quite a bit of work as it was a "fixer upper." It was there for 6 months; the owner, Chet E[redacted] said he had lost 2 mechanics. I was more than patient. When I got the invoice it was almost $4000. On checking, I found he had overcharged me on parts for the steering $560. There were other discrepancies I found. He told me I would need a compressor at $1500. This was not true as a later mechanic found the problem was a simple blockage keeping the refrigerant from going through the system. He also told me I would need front wheel bearings, tie rods, and an alignment, which was also not true.
This business was recommended by Discount Tire and I thought I had found someone honest and professional. What I found is a shyster who cheated a 74-year-old retired widow!
