Review: The company thrives on false advertising. They promised an auto pick up from [redacted] within 3-5 days and delivery within 7-10 days. Once they had charged the credit card and taken their commission, they changed their statement. They stated that they cannot guarantee either a pick up or a delivery date/ estimate. They asked for a written request to cancel the order and that they will refund the commission that they had charged. A cancellation request was put in, they cancelled the order but did not refund the money they had charged as their commission.Desired Settlement: They should refund the $150 that they had charged as commission, as they had promised. This company is a scam and their business practices are dubious and shady. I would not recommend them to anyone
