Done Right Chimney

Review: Simply speaking, our contract states 10 year warranty and what Done Rite originally repaired has totally failed. They installed rubber on the parapet wall and aluminum on top of parapet wall which has since fallen completely off the wall. The owner ([redacted]) keeps telling me he sent his brother over to look at it but is telling him the whole roof needs to be replaced. We had a brand new roof put on about 8 years ago and after the Sandy storm we had these repairs to get done so they are not holding up there end of the contract. We have receipts for everything. We found out about the problem because our tenants called us and told us it was leaking in from the same place as after the Sandy storm. I also have the pictures from the insurance company and the pictures [redacted] took and sent to me which are exactly the same.Desired Settlement: All we ask is the problem get fixed. The longer we wait, the more interior wall damage will occur.
