4/29/14, but needed to cancel. Her rescheduled appointment was for 5/22, but needed to reschedule not realizing at the time that it was before a holiday weekend. I left 2 voicemails to reschedule, and did not receive any call backs. The customer was sending me messages VIA [redacted] demanding a refund. I explained to her that she would have to go through [redacted] for that, because I do not receive the $99. I also contacted [redacted] to make them aware of the situation. The same day that I contacted them, they told me that **. [redacted] already requested a refund and that it was issued on 6/2/14 for $99, Thank you for your time in handling this matter, my company strives to only satisfy customers. Review: I purchased a [redacted] deal for $99 for 2 hours of house cleaning by Done Right Cleaning and after leaving in excess of 5 messages the appointment was scheduled for April 29, 2014 but unfortunately I realized there was a conflict and after leaving the business 3 messages she finally called back to reschedule for May 22 at 12:30 pm. I arrived at my house by 12:00 to be there for Done Right Cleaning's service arrival and they never showed nor did they call me. I called and left a message at 1:30 and did not receive a return cal. I called the next day on 05/23/14 and left a message and again on 05/28/2014 and 05/29/2014 and have not received a return phone call.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $99.
