Lionel was great Came out on a Sunday to fix my leaky pipe in the basement and bad water main turnoff Worked with the Water Authority and was in and out quickly Way more responsive and less expensive than [redacted]

BP Plumbing was great to work withI came home at lunch to find the bottom of my water heater had dropped out and a river running through the basementWithout doing any checking around I called his number on the magnet that was stuck on the old water heater and we talked over my optionsI opted for a tankless system and he and his team came that afternoon and within hours removed my old tank, ran power, gas, drain lines, everything, and had me up and running for the cost he quoted over the phoneI know this was a rush job for him and the guys he called in but they jammed it out in record time for my familyHe even tightened a few loose/leaky valves here and there and offered to come back and tweak anything else that might have gotten jarred loose in the installThe install was clean and organized and looks awesome and I've had no problems

BEWARE of done right construction! never finished the job and the job they started was done ALL wrong! kept bringing different people over to fix the work and they damaged our floors and home and personal property! as I was told be every PROFESSIONAL that has come by it is a mess and done wrong! wanted their money up front and then said would take a week and that turned into months and it has been nothing but a nightmare! wish I never went to Lowes where they referred us to the porch.com site and thats how we found this peoplethey are crooks and they do NOT know what they are doing! they are a joke and he will give every excuse in the book saying he had truck problems then I was in the hospital to oh I was out of town! but he never answers his phone or calls back you will just get a random text message days later!

[redacted] was fantastic. We were converting a small closet area into a first floor laundry room in our new home. We closed on the house on Wednesday, and [redacted] was there two days later, starting the work. At first he didn't think it would work, but after thinking about it and a few phone calls back and forth we were able to get the results we were looking for. He was a pleasure to work with, and very reasonable. We would recommend [redacted] to anyone looking for an honest, professional plumber who cleans up after the job and makes you feel very much a part of the decision process.
