Will determined that there was a small crack in the wire between the switch in the room and the panel. Upon approval, Will returned and ran a new wire across the attic and fished it down to the panel box. Problem solved - until that evening when it was discovered that the office light and ceiling fan didn't work. Once the home warrant company finally did the recall, Will came back and quickly found the issue - there was a problem created when the AFCI breakers were installed (not by Will).
