Review: Mr. Rico M[redacted] knocked on my door, 5/24/2016 at ~ 11:00 am. He explained that he could fix our asphalt driveway. He was driving a white panel truck. After I authorized him to do the work, he asked if I would be home on Wed. morning to complete the rest of the job. He has not returned. I have called the number on the flier twice but no response. The # is different than the one listed with Revdex.com. I tried the number that Revdex.com has listed and it is no longer in service. The number I was given is 804-300-4883. I also paid him the $200 in cash he requested. I should have know better but thought the fix to the driveway looked plausible. He asked if he could put a sign in the yard when the job was finished so maybe he has signs in other yards in and around the neighborhood.Desired Settlement: If the driveway is not completed, I want my $200 back.

Review: At My 80 year old mothers house:A man in an unmarked work truck, shows up and states he had some leftover sealant and wanted to get rid of it real cheap. Showed a flyer/contract with 49.00 per gallon, slashed to 27.00. Stated he would use it to seal the driveway and get rid of cracks, and holes. Making it seem as if this was a super deal. No other costs were discussed or mentioned. The Flyer was signed with nothing but a price of $27.00 per gallon listed.Once done, added a price on the Flyer/contract of 850.00, which was not there when first presented, demands full payment and would only take cash as payment. He left chunks of asphalt in the yard, where they knocked pieces of paved driveway up while "sealing". When payment was refused, the man stated he wanted her to drive to the bank and get cash out to pay for the work he had done. She lives alone, no one was there with her, and was scared the man would try something. She went inside and used money she had saved from Christmas gifts from the family and paid the cash to this man so he would leave.This practice is misleading and obviously he saw an opportunity with an elderly person to take advantage of them.Desired Settlement: This needs to be investigated, to prevent this from happening to others, and I don't really know what leverage there may be to get some or all of this money back. First and foremost, others need to know about this company, if this is how they do business.
