I am rejecting this response because:To say that by law it is in the agreement you signed when you opened the accountIs all well and goodFrom a customer service stand point to have the account holder acknowledge a change that may possibly cause service charges that were no part of account when originally opened because of the same exact practice from the bank they left to come to peoples is nauseatingfor a bank to even claim that some client is going to read every piece of advertising mail they send out is ridiculous and an important piece of change to an account should justify at least a separate clearly marked urgent stamped mailingnot just thrown in with all the other advertisements with your monthly statementIf this is not a standard practice it should beIt seems to me that the banks practice is just baiting for fees to get incurred by non suspecting clientsI believe these bank practices are just legal criminal activity against consumers

I am rejecting this response because:There is no responseThe point is the bank supposedly put a plan in place to protect customers from getting over draft feesThe plan is a text system that notifies you when your account is below a certain amount in order to give you a chance to put money in your account to prevent getting a feeWhich I have this text message alert and received it at am made a deposit that morning and was still charge fee'sSo what's the point of offering services when the bank still charges fee's? Again I want my account credited for those fees

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They explained in the response that the change in status of my checking account occurred when a CD with my name on it was withdrawn. It was a family member who removed the funds so I am not concerned about that, but I do need to speak with the bank regarding how this CD was cashed without my knowledge. That is disconcerting to me as the CD was titled Jodi Blumenfield AND (family member).
The fees removed from my son's account were returned though, which is why I am replying to this complaint as acceptable.Sincerely, *** *** *** ***
