Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/07/02) */
The plumbing portion of the job is completeI don't have anything to do with the patching up of the ceilingI also explained that she might want to pick up a valve for the tub that had a name brand because the one's that were purchased were
less than good qualityI charge $an hour and I was there at least hours total trying to figure out a way to secure the existing tubI have done my part to complete the jobI am not a carpenter and do not and never will patch holes in any ceilings or wallsI also was never contacted with any of these accusationsSo how in the *** am I supposed to address thisAnd I am going to write this off as uncollected debt
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/07/09) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
in conflict with the response from Done Right Plumbing, my resolution did not request patching holes in ceilings or walls although the wainscoting in the bathroom was damaged by the plumberI did not request any compensation for damages with respect to the ceilings or walls nor did I request damages due to the plumber assisting in installing the ceiling drywall before the tub was removed again for work to be done behind the tubI am just asking for damages to be deducted from my bill for the broken faucet and damaged floorPlease refer to the details in my initial request
In conflict with the plumber's response, I did try to contact the him regarding the damages and left voice mails but my calls were never returnedI then sent an email and received a less than courteous response backWe discussed the quality of the faucet prior to the job starting and the plumber decided to go ahead with the one I hadI suggested buying another one but he said he would work with the existing one saying it seemed to be of good qualityDone Right Plumbing damaged my kitchen floor as well as breaking the faucet part due to not following the supplier's instructions as stated in the initial complaint
It is not clear if Done Right Plumbing is accepting my desired resolution for a reduced bill since the comment infers that he will consider the bill an "uncollected debt"Please let me know if the requested reduction in the bill can be agreed upon

were less than good quality. I charge $105 an hour and I was there at least 10 hours total trying to figure out a way to secure the existing tub. I have done my part to complete the job. I am not a carpenter and do not and never will patch holes in any ceilings or walls. I also was never contacted with any of these accusations. So how in the [redacted] am I supposed to address this. And I am going to write this off as uncollected debt.
