My husband and I are very happy with this company. They were on time and responsive. They did extra work for us on the same day. They are professional, courteous, and trust-worthy!
We have remodeled 7 homes although not in the state of Arizona, but nowhere have we received the customer service and personal attention as we did with Done Right. The task was a complete remodeling of a 1300 sq ft condo in Fountain Hills.
Any problem areas or oversights were corrected without complaint or excuse on their part. There goal was simple, "customer satisfaction". A major quality found in Done Right was we did not have to chase them. They were proactive on the job and in their service to us as their customers. A quality that is hard to find today.
I would have no hesitation to recommend Done Right Remodeling for any job, big or small.
