Review: I purchased and had a new rubber roof installed in October, 2011, which included a 10 year warranty. Within the first year ,I continued to have a roof leak. I was able to make contact with the owner in the fall of 2012 and he came out to inspect the issue. He stated that the gutter was clogged and that was the reason for the leak. He also told me that he usually charges 75.00 to come out to make that sort of visit. It was at this point that he let me know that to keep the warranty in force I would need to pay 75.00 a year for him to come out and do an inspection of the roof. I felt like this was a strange policy, but agreed to do so.
As the months moved on, during heavy rains and snow, the roof continued to leak and now there is visible black mold on the wall inside of my child's bedroom. Upon reaching out to DoneRite roofing I discovered that the phone number was no longer in service. I have attempted to call the company on multiple occasions and have received the same disconnected message.Desired Settlement: I would like the roof to be permanently and adequately repaired and for the company to take responsibility for the mold removal and replacement of the drywall in the bedroom. I would like this to be done as soon as possible because with each snow/heavy rain episode the situation is getting worst. The company owner can feel free to choose the drywall/repair company himself as long as the company meets the Revdex.com standards.

I am rejecting this response because:there are a number of inconsistencies in **. [redacted]'s response.
#1 I received a call from **. [redacted] on 12/29/13 from an unknown phone number that I let go to voice mail. I am not aware of when **. [redacted] received correspondence from the Revdex.com, but if he deems that date immediate, so be it.
