I have spoken to *** and informed him we have been extremely busy as August is our busiest month but I have informed him we will take care of this job and we stand by our warrantyA date has been set for the repairs

I would be more than happy to explain the situation in full
We provided a power rake and cut on her front lawn. When we arrived the lawn was in rough shape and head bare spots all over the lawn.
When I met with [redacted] she agreed that...

these spots on her lawn were there before we arrived so I'm not sure why she accusing us of ruining her lawn.
A power rake is done to benefit the lawn it never ruins it. Also power raking does not kill grass it just pulls up loose thatch from the pervious season
Anyways so after I get in touch with her, during our busiest week of the year. I take my time to go view her property at 8pm.
When I met with her we discussed that the lawn needed some tlc and as stated before she said her lawn was brown and not in good shape before we arrived for the clean up
So after talking with her and we had also booked her for weekly lawn maintenance, I decided to help her out and top dress and seed her front lawn for free. [redacted]
While I was there she also mentioned she wanted her back lawn cut but she had just cut it so I told her next time we come we will include the back as well
The next day I send a crew out, to top dress her front lawn. I received 10 phone calls that night, one in which is was crying. That the guys did not put grass seed down nor did we cut her back lawn.
1. We mix the grass seed in with the topsoil we don't just throw it on top
2. I told her next time we came out to do a cut we would cut the back, that day we just came to top dress the front lawn.
So in turn for me trying to help her out and get her lawn in good shape she writes a complaint that we ruined her front lawn and didn't cut the back lawn.
[redacted] seemed like a nice lady and I really did try and help her out. We completed over 500 spring cleans up is 4 weeks and did not receive a single complaint but this one. [redacted]
We having been taking steps to improve our quality of work and customer service and I hope people know we will always go the extra step to help people out with there properties.
If she is still unsatisfied we have no problem refunding her for the work.

Steven from Done Well is totally not telling the truth. I had a beautiful lawn what he said is totally not true. They didn't do anything like he told you. They put some clay on the brown spots which they were responsible for and sprinkled grass seed in some of them. I left him 5 messages not 10 to which he never responded to . He needs to tell the truth. Yes I would like my money refunded. He tried to tell me I had mice which I didn't. [redacted]

These guys have been amazing all winter. I was a little curious on what would happen with this warm weather, but Steven and his guys were out chipping my driveway and sidewalks. Very impressed with the service.

[redacted] Snow removal services were not completed for either month in an acceptable manner. Even after the guy showed up we had to remove and chip away snow.
