Review: I ordered and was charged via PayPal for a product a ordered on the [redacted] website last Tuesday. I received an email invoice stating it will be sent priority mail 2-3 days. The recipient STILL has not received the product in Ohio (not far to travel from NY). I have left a message on the phone AND sent emails to [redacted], with ZERO response.Desired Settlement: I want product shipped tracking info or ANY REPLY from them at this point to know what is going on!

Review: I ordered an item from DoneDeals30 on 7/**/14 and payment was made through [redacted]. I have not received the item I ordered or been able to find out anything about its status. I have e-mailed the company (no response) and tried to call them (no answer/no voice mail) to find out if/when the item will be shipped. I either want to receive my item or get a refund and want to get communication from the company. Do they really exist?Desired Settlement: First preference - receive my order. Second preference - refund.
This company needs to communicate with their customers!
