Company responded by phone 2/15/17-LJGeraldine P [redacted] with states that the consumer saw the suit in the storeHe wanted them to order him a suit like the one he saw in the storeConsumer gave $deposit$in cash$on Visa CCConsumer must have decided he did not want the suit anymore He did not contact the storeConsumer did not return their phone callsSuit was on layawayThey ordered it and it came inConsumer came & picked up a dress that was part of the layaway & said nothing about not wanting the suitConsumer trying to obtain $refund off CC
