Review: The initial service for electrically installation of two senors lights on the home in the front and the side of the house was completed.however this cause a fire and other electrical problems. some problems were not being able to use lights in my garage and lights in my laundry room and outside lights. Mr. Donelson has left wires exposed on the outside of my home and in the gargage. This is very unprofessional work ethics. Mr. Donelson was paid for the wiring and gas in his vehicle and never came out to do or complete the work and is soliticing more money for the mistakes he made to compelted his work.Desired Settlement: Mr. Donelson needs to complete his work in a professional manner without any extra monies being exchanged. Otherwise I will proceed to take legal matters.

I am rejecting this response because: Mr. Donaldson has not told the complete truth in his work ethics in regards to the work and the problem that he created with the inital wiring and work. All fees have been paid but the services has not been properly rendered. He has filed an unlawful suit agaisnt my wife for his negligence of services and has also sent me threating txt messages.

Good Afternoon,My complaint number is [redacted]. case on Donaldson Electrics which was closed for no resolution. I would like to inform you that this case has finally been resolved dated October 04, 2013. After going to court Mr. Donaldson was order to complete the job that was unfinished. In the order I was to inform Revdex.com that everything was done and if you can send me information on this resolution along with sending it to Mr. Donaldson’s electric.
