We spoke with the customer and we will be fixing the title and have it mailed out to her. Also she stated that she had the floor mats that she said she did not receive. We consider this matter to be resolved.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Donley Ford Shelby, went above and beyond to earn our trust. We have left this time completely satisfied.
