Used to be very happy and satisfied with their service until I was told my water heater was INOP and unserviceable. I was told by Jorge to call my insurance because he claimed there was possible water damage. They quoted $3400 for a replacement but said it was not available for 3 weeks. If I wanted the more expensive $3900 it would be available immediately according to Michael. I then informed by my insurance that Donmar and Jorge lied about the water damage and told them it didn't exist just so my insurance claim would be denied. I called them back about this and no reply. A week later I finally had another carrier come over, actually tested the water heater and realized it was only the sensors associated with the pilot that was INOP. It was replaced and it saved me $3000. They also noted it appeared the water valve was turned on to leak and seems to have been done by a previous tech to make it look like there had been a leak. I brought this up to Donmar again to reprieve their reputation and no one called back to my disappointment.

We notified customer that we would be refunding his service plan payment in full, which has been completed. The customer was not charged for this particular service visit.

They arrived when promised, worked neatly and made sure to test everything with me before they asked me to sign off on the work. Very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use them again.

They appeared to do a good job but the day after they completed the work I checked the area. I found the sump pump battery charging equipment was disturbed and the A.C. power plug for the battery charging unit was disconnected. If we had more than a rainy four hour period with the A.C. plug disconnected I would have had a flooded basement because the battery is only capable of powering the sump pump for four hours. This would have been very costly because I have many things stored in the basement.

DONMAR worked on our HVAC system in the past and we recently purchased a new (replacement) HVAC system from them. We are very pleased with the product and the install. The installer, Edgar, was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. Today we had a service call with Jorge and Michael and they repaired an issue indirectly related to our AC unit. Again, we received excellent service. We found DONMAR on a recommendation from a co-worker and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

We have been Donmar customers since early 2000s. Prices are reasonable. Service is exemplary. Pov Pea is an excellent technician. Very informative. Recommended additional, but optional, work -- recommended to extend life of systems.

This is my second or third year with DonMar and my experience today with a new (to me) technician, Nick, is why I will remain a happy customer! Nick is not only very capable, he’s observant and patient; found and addressed some unexpected issues. Can’t say enough good things about him or DonMar!

Donmar's communications are excellent - they text you when you make the appointment, they text you when your technician is on the way, and you can even track the technician's vehicle to see how far they are from your home. Pov was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and completed the work very neatly and timely. We've used Donmar in the past, we consistently refer them to our neighbors, and we will use them in the future.

Been with DONMAR since 1995 and we are extremely happy. We have also recommended them to our friends.
Our personal technician is George and he is fantastic. Knows his business and is courteous and efficient.
Also cleans up after himself. I rely on him to take care of my system. I always ask for George and will not let them schedule anyone else except him. Way to go!!!!!!!!

My family have been customers with Donmar Heating and Cooling for 1 year, and we couldn't be happier with their service. Our technician, Sean, has done a fantastic job servicing both our furnace and AC unit during the seasonal tune ups. The service recommendations he makes are reasonable and there's no hard-sale push. Will definitely continue to use them in the future!

Sean M. was terrific! Arrived on the dot of 7 am, completed his overview for the spring quickly. Gave me all of the information I needed to keep my 12 year old system going strong. Went over everything and watched me as I practiced how to clear out the water tube in case I ever saw any dirt in it and even fixed the door in front of the HVAC system when it came off the track. Total customer service!!

I've had Donmar care for my heating and cooling system for many years and have been very pleased with their work. My hot water tank went bad and was beyond fixing. I had noticed that Donmar also did contract maintenance on water heaters, so I called them to see if they could fix mine. Their tech checked out my system and said it was too costly to fix, and that I would need a new hot water tank. (mine was over 20 years old) Donmar did some rescheduling so they could get me a replacement in two days so I would not be without hot water for very long. They did an excellent jog of installing the new water heater, and I am most grateful they were able to take care of me so quickly.

Sean diagnosed the problem with my central air, and gave me repair options with reasonable quotes. Work was completed expertly and a credit can be applied towards a new system if needed within two years.

I found both Edgar and Carlos to be very professional, patient and polite.
Everything was thoroughly explained. I work was completed on schedule.
I had an excellent experience.

Mark was our technician the past few times. He's incredibly nice and walked me through everything he was doing and what I should be looking for if something were to go wrong. He's patient and answers all my questions thoroughly. When something did go wrong, our thermostat went blank, he calmly walked me through what the issue likely was.

Today our A/C unit was serviced by Mr. Pov Pea. He was professional, courteous, efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took the necessary steps to mitigate the problem..

I am a repeat customer of DonMar. They installed a new heating and cooling system recently. The cost was competitive and the installation team was first class.

Service Technician Pov Pea performed a very thorough inspection as well as upgraded my heat pump condensate trap to an EZ Trap model. Mr. Pea is very knowledgeable and experienced.

Technician Pov arrived on time, was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I've been a Donmar customer for many years, have a service contract, and am always impressed by the knowledge of the technicians.
