Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because We mailed the terminal back to the company but then got send back to us saying that the person who accepts the terminal is not thereReally? I have never heard of it that a company has only one person who could accept mails! Also, the sales rep told us that there's no contract and we will be able to close the account if we wish in the future, now the company tells me that there's a three year contract, what kind of sense does it makeFirst, there's tons merchant service out there who has no contract, why would I sign up something that has three year contract if The sales rep would be upfront with me in the beginningAnd also there's no Copy provided to me as a proof of anythingThis company made enough money off me for the past year, I was paying over 10% fee for the companies serviceThe rep represents the company, if the company cannot honor what the rep tells the customer then this is a fraud and a crime! Its our company policy that merchant signature is required to close the accountTo qualify for waive of ETF, merchant need to give days notice with signed cancellation formThe statement fee incur will continues if merchant signed cancellation form is not received.Merchant owes terminal fee due to the terminal not returned within days which were explained on the cancellation form sent to merchant, and the terminal received is in poor condition

merchant signed and agree the amount on the cancellation form, however reject the terminal fee charges as agreed in the cancellation form

[I request full refund, $599, but they only credit back $to meTheir customer representative *** called me at *** and asked me to sign an agreement with company in order to get my fundI asked her how much they will refund, she said $299.50. I said I only use your service less than one month, and returned your equipment in excellent condition, why you charged me $She said "*** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** ***" I asked her if I did not sign this agreement what will happen. She said I can not get a penny if I did not sign this agreement. So I have no choiceIn order to get $299.50, I must to sign this unfair agreementThis is so ridiculousIf you charge me 10% or 20% reasonable price, I can accept itBut 50%? No, I can not accept it. I just want to remind other customers, you must keep away from this company. Do not believe what they said to you when they want to you to buy their service. After you buy their service, it's so hard to quitThey will ask you to sign agreement with their company when you decide to cancel their serviceT ]

Thank you for taking the time to communicate to us why the service didn't meet your expectationAs our company policy, the refund may be hold for at least months to prevent chargeback to the original chargeAfter reviewing your account, I do see our accounting had approved the refund
And a special request had been sent to accounting to rush this refundWe apology for any inconvenience this may cause you

All our merchants have the contract with years term, and early terminal feeETF could only be waived if merchant continue to process normally for days upon receiving of the signed cancellation formAlso the terminal needs to be returned within days after the last day of processingas of
today, we still have no record showing merchant had return the terminal to us

Merchant didnt process normally for the days period and that the terminal was refunded base on the condition of the terminal and that is in our agreement that they signedTheir monthly sales volume dropped from 10k to 1k after merchant requested cancelAlso within the days, the account
representative called to remind her to process

Already consulted with merchant, and merchant accepts and agrees the refund as finalCheck mailed 6/*/

The processor said that the customer care spoke with usWe told them that we will be renovating for some time so we won't be processing like we usually doShe said it was alright as long as we processed for days, it's alrightI even told her that we would only be processing around $1,and she said it was alrightHowever, I processed around $2,Also, on the phone, the customer care said that we can get full refund of the equipment but in the end, she didn't give us full refund. I want my refund of $that they took away from the days processing.

I cancelled their service at 8/**/2015, and they charged me $599 at that time. According their response, their company will hold it for 6 month. But right now already nine month past, I did not get my refund yet. Every time I called their company, will get the same reply "[redacted] [redacted] " From this time reply, it is the same. There is no exact date when I can get my money back. I think their response is just a perfunctory. Maybe the following 2 - 3 month, I still can not get my money back. I need my money back right away, not just send a request to accounting department. I need to know exact date when will they mail my refund check out.
