Donna Gallo Robison's Hearing

She constantly finds something wrong with the hearing aids. Says that she has to replace them continuously. When she replaces the device (first time) she charges( between $100-$200) you, okay I understand that, but then has you come back in to recheck them and yet again finds something wrong with the same device that she replaced the first time and charges ($100 - $200) you again for the same thing. Now if it's the same thing there should not be a charge the second time if the device was defective on the second trip. She charges again for the second device. Then she has you come in yet again for the third time to check the devices again. This time they were working perfectly. But she seems to find a defect in them yet again and wants to charge yet again! The thing is she takes them out of the room where you can't see what she is doing with them and then she comes back in and says they are not working properly. She then wants to charge you yet again. Then she says she might have a used pair that you can buy for $200 until she fixes the old pair. Today( 08/18/2016) the used pair price went up to $400. and now wants you to fill out a credit application to buy a new pair for around $2000 and she doesn't want to give the old ones back, which means that you have nothing to use to help with your hearing! What a rip of!
