I've worked in a kitchen before! That wouldn't have passed anywhere I've ever worked! But to have the burger wiped off the bun, slapped back onto the grill, finished cooking, slapped back onto the bun which was then SOGGY as was the bacon AND the onion rings then served to me it wasn't acceptableThat defeats the whole purpose of a hot fresh meal.We at Donna K's Bar and Family Diner Agree 100% that the way the the customers burger was returned to her was unacceptableWe had fairly new staff in the kitchen that night and the owner was not on the premises at the time of the incidentThe cook at the time was repremanded for his actions and we have done extra training to make sure all the staff know that was unacceptableHowever the way the complaintant handled the situation was also unaccetableYelling and swearing at our staff is not accetable at our esablishment, specially in front of childrenEverytime the complaintant has visited our establishment they have had an issueWe at Donna K's strive to please all of our customers as much as we possible canWe have millions of happy customers and a few unhappy customers, that is the resturant business and we understand that.We are very sorry for the way things happend with the complaintant but we will not tollerant their kind of behavorWe will present the complaintant with a check for $to cover the cost of her Western Burger, French fries, and a sodaWe ask that the complaintant not return to our esablishment due to the distruptive behavior they presented at the time of the incident.Thank you for your time,Charles [redacted] Donna K's Bar and Family Diner

I was curious as to how I was disruptive during the incident? While there I remained calm and choked down my food some of my food, as I had been too busy to eat until that timeThe only "disruptive" behavior came from my month old child when she would toss her toys on the floor and laugh as her father and I picked them upShe was not screaming, I was not screaming, and I was not "disruptive"I merely had posted to their Facebook about not being thrilled with their service, as I have worked in food service before and reusing a soggy bun and not keeping the rest of the meal warm would've gotten an immediate fire from any respectable food service businessI merely posted to their Facebook account that I was dissatisfied with how things had turned out and they allowed their employees to harass me
