Review: I purchased a faux leather coat that fell apart after wearing twice, customer service and store unresponsive depsite this not being first incident.

I purchased a faux leather jacket from the Macys store in [redacted] while on a business trip. I wore the jacket to dinner and 2 an evening out with freinds when one of my friends noticed that the coat had come apart at the back seams completely detaching the faux leather from the sleeve. I contacted my local Macys store and was told that I could not return the jacket due to not having a reciept at their location and I would have to contact the Macys it was purchased from. I had paid cash for the jacket and was told to contact the [redacted] location. (It should be noted that I still had the original DKNY tags that had been on the coat, though they were detached due to having worn it. I contacted the [redacted] location by phone requesting information on how I returned the jacket, and after speaking with several departments was connected to an individual in their outer wear department who said this was not the first return they'd had on this jacket for this issue, but due to store policy I was again told that I could not return without a valid receipt. I was told to contact the DKNY manufacturer to notify them of the damage and request a refund and did so by the email provided on their site. I received a response email from DKNY stating that they wanted photos and the RN# located inside the jacket tag, and my contact information. The email was signed by [redacted]. It asks for these items to be sent back to them immediately and they would address my complaint but the email it was sent from was a "No Response" email and there was no contact information provided on the email. I again sent my complaint to the DKNY Customer Service email provided on their site and explained my issue with the jacket and the issue involving not being able to respond to the email sent from the customer service rep ([redacted]), upon sending that email I received another email exactly the same as the first also from [redacted] with AGAIN no contact information for forwarding the requested information. I attempted to contact there Customer Service complaint department via the given email 5 times with NO RESPONSE. I have been a long time customer of DKNY products and have NEVER had issues like this before. The jacket was the Faux leather Moto Jacket and was not cheap. I wore the jacket twice to dinner events nothing that would cause the damage this coat suffered. The jacket was purchased a size larger than I normally wear and is not a tight fitting jacket. And the ripping in the seams was right at the seam line, and to find out that this was not the first jacket to be returned with this issue is even more upsetting. (After the first Macy's employee told me they had other returns for the same issue the manager tried to deny this claim). It has taken months and I still have not heard a response from DKNY. I paid a seamstress to repair the jacket but because it is faux leather the seams look buldged now and not smooth. I would have NEVER expected this from a DKNY product and would just like to be reimbursed for the damaged coat. I still have pics of damage, pics of repair , RN# and store location, and numerous email responses to and from DKNY as originally requested but DKNY does not have a legitimate individual to answer these complaints apparently.Desired Settlement: I would like to at least be reimbursed for the jacket. I also paid another $53.00 to have a seamstress attempt to correct the damage since DKNY would not respond. A simple repsonse would also be appreciated.

This is a length to the jacket I purchased from Macy's. It is currently showing a sale price however when I purchased the jacket on November [redacted], 2013 it was NOT on sale! And was between $140-$160. (The Macys CSR told me that in November 2013 the sale price for the coat was $153.99)- the

Review: I purchased a DKNY purse from a retailer in May of 2014. One month later the purse has unraveled thread and the shoulder straps are already worn. The purse hasn't experienced excessive use so I would not expect it to look so bad. I have other purses from other designers and after 8 years, still look almost new.Desired Settlement: I would like an exchange.

Review: 1) On April *, 2015, I ordered the Paige Wedge Sneaker in the amount of $85.00 plus shipping came to a total of $101.65.2) Once I received the shoes, they appeared worn, soles were damaged, and in non-wearable condition. 3) I shipped the shoes back on April **, 2015 via [redacted]. This website will not allow me to include the tracking number since the system thinks it is a "social security number". The company received the shoes on April [redacted], 2015. I also called to confirm this information.4) Since receiving the shoes, this company has been giving me the "run around". Their policy clearly states that refunds will be given within 5-10 days of receiving the product. It has been 12 days and counting. I had to call them a total of seven times and they tell me different things about my refund each time, such as "corporate is reviewing the shoes", "we have not processed them", "we waiting for you to answer a question about the shoes", etc.Desired Settlement: The settlement is paying me back the $101.65 to my credit card since they have the shoes in their possession.

Review: I contact by phone one of the customer's service person on 12/**/2013, I gave all my information and talk about the product ( the winter coat ). The double zipper is broken and I am not able to zipper my coat or take off or take in. u need slip to the coat. I got email from [redacted] on 12/**/2013 , I sent her back email on 12/**/2013 with all information , pictures and proof of purchase. I got email back 3 weeks later on 12/**/2013 after additional 2 more emails from me. Finally. The process of my complain was still in process. How long can the process will finally take? What a kind of customer service it is ? Next email I got 01/**/2014 , and today 01/**.2014, again after my additional 3 more emails. In today's email I finally found out that zipper is on way via regular postal service. I never got a tracking number. The problem is what I need do with this new zipper, I am not able to change the zipper , I need pay money and take my time to find a tailor to do for me

my questions is how much more this winter jacket will cost me ? Why the company did not stand up by them design and not change for me or propose with new ? this what a kind of costumer service provide ? Well will send you after 5 weeks a new zipper and done deal ????Desired Settlement: I will never image that company like DKNY will deal with so poorly costumers service , Stand by for your design and product . This not a costumer fault that zipper design by Donna Karen Company did not work. I like this winter coat , but if sent me a new zipper is DKNY costumers service I will need stand up and say no. All I want to replacement for me a broken zipper, but I never asked for new to sent me home after 5 weeks of waiting for answer.

At this point I want you replacement for new the winter coat. I paid already for the DKNY product already I will not pay again for the repairing.
