well done burger they give you still pink. They took my burger back and put it back on the grill. My bun was soggy by the time it came back, as was my bun and my onion rings. For what I paid, this was a waste. Our beef is top notch and the best around. It is difficult for the cooks to cook them well done because it ruins the flavor of the burgers. We continue to work with the cooks and teach them the best way to cook the burgers to every customers liking. We are not always perfect but we strive to be the best around. I agree that they should have given You a new bun, I am very sorry for that. I will talk to the cooks so that it doesn't happen again. You are one of few to say they food is awful which is fine everyone is entitled to their opinion. If you are looking for a dried out, flavorless burger we not be the place for you! If you want to be a pk you're in the wrong business. Some people can't stomach food that isn't well done. That's all there is to it. I am not a freeloader but I certainly expect that when I am out and ask for a burger to be well done that it is not brought out still pink. That is not well done. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out. And I don't know you on a personal level so how could this be personal? I simply responded that yet again I go to your restaurant to try something new. Yet again I ask for something to be well done because I can't stand the texture if it's not well done, ad yet again it's brought out still pink. I give credit this time it was more done than the first time and last time I was there over a year ago. Maybe you shouldn't allow independent people on your page to allow them to insult others. I've worked in a kitchen before! That wouldn't have passed anywhere I've ever worked! But to have the burger wiped off the bun, slapped back onto the grill, finished cooking, slapped back onto the bun which was then SOGGY as was the bacon AND the onion rings then served to me it wasn't acceptable. That defeats the whole purpose of a hot fresh meal.We at Donna K's Bar and Family Diner Agree 100% that the way the the customers burger was returned to her was unacceptable. We had fairly new staff in the kitchen that night and the owner was not on the premises at the time of the incident. The cook at the time was repremanded for his actions and we have done extra training to make sure all the staff know that was unacceptable. However the way the complaintant handled the situation was also unaccetable. Yelling and swearing at our staff is not accetable at our esablishment, specially in front of children. Everytime the complaintant has visited our establishment they have had an issue. We at Donna K's strive to please all of our customers as much as we possible can. We have millions of happy customers and a few unhappy customers, that is the resturant business and we understand that.We are very sorry for the way things happend with the complaintant but we will not tollerant their kind of behavor. We will present the complaintant with a check for $11.36 to cover the cost of her Western Burger, French fries, and a soda. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I was curious as to how I was disruptive during the incident? While there I remained calm and choked down my food some of my food, as I had been too busy to eat until that time. The only "disruptive" behavior came from my 15 month old child when she would toss her toys on the floor and laugh as her father and I picked them up. She was not screaming, I was not screaming, and I was not "disruptive". I merely had posted to their Facebook about not being thrilled with their service, as I have worked in food service before and reusing a soggy bun and not keeping the rest of the meal warm would've gotten an immediate fire from any respectable food service business. I merely posted to their Facebook account that I was dissatisfied with how things had turned out and they allowed their employees to harass me.
