credit card company and put a stop payment on the transaction and hung up. She followed up by contacting the mall office requesting they contact us to issue her a refund.  Again, our store policy is no cash refund, exchanges only, jacket was not be worn with tags still attached. Our store policy is clearly posted on our counter and is also spelled out clearly on our receipts. My employees accommodated the customer by holding all of her bags (from her other purchases she made that day from other stores) while she enjoyed her shopping experience at the mall.  As a independent retailer we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the best customer service.   Thank you, [redacted]   Donna Sacs Inc.
