Would not recommend Donna's DolphinsThe front staff is extremely unorganized and offers mediocre customer service at bestOnce there, they "checked" my kids in under the wrong name.They did not have my kids scheduled for the correct day and and then handed me paperwork with personal information on it for the wrong personSince we did not make it past the front desk I cannot speak for the actual swim lesson but if the front staff is any indication of how the place works I would recommend staying as far away as possibleIt took me phone calls and much attitude from the staff and management to get my money refunded but it was finally refunded

The "learning to swim" experience for our grandchildren has been excellent The staff is positive, upbeat, and helpful They also give feedback to the students after each lesson and are there to solve any problems that arise related to scheduling, lesson cancellation due to student illness, or other issues Totally a positive experience working with these people!
