Review: This isthe second time we received as a gift from donnas flowers, dying poor quality flowers...First time was in dec.2013,we received a spoiled molded waterlogged box of chocolates with a bunch of flowers that were old, and damaged. The delivery was made at 9:30 p.m...after many phone calls from the florist,donna,,wanting us to walk out to the road to pick up our gift..instead of delivering directly to the house.
The first delivery was a horrible experience.
This second delivery confirmed, they have not corrected their quality or ability to arrange flowers in a FTD standard.
This florist SHOULD NOT BE SELLING FLOWERS OR FOOD ITEMS, SUCH AS CHOCOLATES.Desired Settlement: REMOVE THIS BUSINESS AS A QUALIFIED FTD FLORIST, AND NEVER DELIVER ANYTHING TO US AGAIN.
