a party for your daughter I can't come when my son is doing practice. Flexibility does not mean that I can drop everything and come in. I have to do what I have to do just like you do with your family. I came in before 4 another time because I was available to do so on that particular date. I told you I was available before 4 on February 24th but you were not. There's nothing I can do about that. I am available 5 days a week and that is the only day I am not available before 4. I'm sorry we cant seem to come to an agreement on a date but it truly is not my fault. As for getting my regulars in the book, I have weekly, biweekly and monthly clients that have the same day and time, week after week and month after month and year after year. So yes, at the beginning of every year I must get them in for the entire year written down in my day book so that I don't book somebody else in their spot. I'm pretty sure that any business that takes regular clients does the exact same thing. It's good business practice. And no, none of them are down for Saturday before 4.
