Donna's High Performance Cleaning

This lady never showed up even when we had set up a time/date and agreed on. I gave her my address and everything… My sister and I were chatting about it, and I have seen similar reviews as well, it’s almost like she looks up your address and determines or decides if it’s an upper scale home and if it doesn’t look top notch, and Rizzy, she doesn’t even bother… This lady never communicated back to me that she would not be able to make it… Totally Wasted my time on the day, she was supposed to show up, but never did…

My friend hired her to clean a move out charged my friend 200.00 and didn’t clean anything I have pictures of her after work.
I had to go and reclean the home due to her lack of cleaning. She came in the middle of the night even and cleaned a toilet , wiped cpl shelves down and a tub and swept floors .
Ceiling fans weren’t done, guest bathroom wasn’t cleaned floors hadn’t actually been cleaned , windows were disgusting. The mirrors on the closet doors in the guest rooms were disgusting. 2 inches of grease on the microwave the fridge on top hasn’t been cleaned whole box of need candy all over the top. And when asked if she would refund some of the money she refused . Again I have pictures and videos of her work. And she shows up when she wants to and leaves when she wants to . I own a house cleaning business for 15 yrs and never would I do a client this way. She needs to return half the money because she didn’t even do 100.00 worth of cleaning. And when confronted on her Facebook page etc . She will delete your comments and block . That’s not a professional company.something needs to be done with this person and her company because with all video and pictures I have she isn’t an accredited house cleaner. And she needs to return at least 150 of that money she took. She took advantage of the owner’s because the owners live outta state.

Didn't show up for her appointment, didnt respond to the message asking when she would be coming, and never even messaged me that she wouldnt be coming. Extremely unprofessional.

Made an appt with this business. She confirmed with me the day before. Then the day came and she messaged that she could not come because she was behind. Told her I needed her to come as I had a party that weekend. Said she could come the next day. I said ok if she promised that she would be here. She promised and I said to please let me know if she couldn’t come. Next day... I messaged her and asked if she was coming. She said yes. 2 hours later she messages me saying she won’t be able to make it. Seems very flippant and nonchalant about the whole thing. Said she would not argue with me...that she told me she would let me know. This, of course, is after she said she would be here. Do Not use this company! Chances are she won’t show anyway

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Late for first appointment without informing in advance until a message was sent to her to find out where she was at time of appointment. Late for second appointment again, by an hour (Others do have a life, than just sitting around waiting for people to show up). When she finally arrived, I told her to take her shoes off and was told they can’t do that due to liability issues. I understand and did not insist they take off their shoes. Immediately after, she said she will leave instead and picked up her things and left my apartment. This is extremely unprofessional, unacceptable and rude behaviour for any business owner. I want to send a word of caution to others should they ever consider to engage her services in future.
