the complaint party.In looking over the file and researching everything, my mistake was in not getting 'in writing' a refusal for cancellation insurance. It is a case of he said, she said and I have nothing to back me up. This is the first time I have had a complaint from you or the WA State Insurance Commissioner. I have been a travel agent since 1983 and an owner since 1991 at this agency. I will provide to you the copies of the bookings that we have in our office regarding their cruise, with insurance, and the next one without insurance....same booking # for both.The cruiseline's special agent helpdesk responded to my call and offered the clients to travel within 4 months time anywhere they cruise in the same cabin category, but the clients refused the offer due to illness. This is all they could do for me and clients. Their penalty dates are on the first page of their invoices which I'm sending you a copy of.I feel very badly, obviously, and hope this mailing will suffice.Sincerely,Donna K[redacted], CTC-Owner/Manager
