Good Morning Mrs. [redacted]! We are sorry to hear about the issue you had here at GreenWay Auto Sales. You are correct, the power door on the Honda Odyssey was not working at the time of purchase so we had our mechanic look into it, but after we paid for a new door motor to be put in the car, we...

realized that was not the issue. We spent an additional 2 days taking it apart and testing individual components. At this point, we called you guys to the office to discuss the matter. We told you that economically we invested more than anticipated, and gave you guys an option to leave it as is or take it to Honda and we would pay a portion of it capping out at $150. Mrs [redacted] at the time acknowledged this, and stated that even if she had to cover the whole thing they still loved the vehicle since they took it out of town once already. Again sorry for the inconvenience, and from the Greenway team we apologize that you feel this way. In order to make our customers aware of the tag/title fees, we have additional forms we have our customers sign in order to reduce any confusion at the time of pickup. Thank you! you that GreenWay had no wrong doing in this situation. GreenWay went ahead and refunded the full down payment and returned the tag to the customer. I am thankful we were able to come to a reasonable solution.
