This complaint from Mr [redacted] goes back to his move out date of August 2013, which was two years ago I am the new Property Manager here at Blackbird Farms, and have only been here since June I searched the office and storage for Mr [redacted] 's resident file and can not find it anywhere I searched his information into our computer system and it appears that his account balance had been sent to our Collection Agency in October I This is the only information that I can gather from our records Thank you, Kelly A [redacted] Property Manager Blackbird Farm Apartments (765) 497-

Attached is the Final Account Statement from Mr***'s move out from *** *** *** on July 31, As you can see, there were cleaning and damage charges assessed to his account, which left a balance owing of $740.56. This statement was mailed to Mr*** to the forwarding address that he left with us Since the balance due was never paid, his account was sent to our collection agency in October 2013. This was sixty days after his move out I was not working at this community at that time, so this is the only information that I can give you.
