Donnelly Heating Maintenance

There is never a reason to use any other company than Donnelly Heating. They are prompt, honest and diligent.
We had a firebox in our furnace collapse in the middle of the winter and even though we were under contract with another company, they gave us a price that was outrageous for parts and labor. Two other big companies came in and gave us blind estimates that pretty much matched what we were already told and never even bothered examining the system.
Pete and his crew came in, gave the system a complete inspection and after running the serial number on the unit - something nobody else did - found that is was still under factory warranty and told us he would get us a new firebox and install and test it for just the time it took them to do the installation. He then left our furnace room completely policed and clean.
Subsequently, we dumped our contract and use Donnelly Heating exclusively for all our maintenance and tune-ups. Most recently, we had them replace our entire whole house AC system; that is how much we trust them and their work.
