Chris B*** is the worst property manager I've ever had to deal with .He's all about fees on any thing he can think of.never calls you back does not respect anyone even his wifeI advise to go else where to rent he tried to charge me when I moved out of one of his rentels even charged me for two weeks of rent before I even moved in .bad experience
