Review: I placed an order with this company since February 14. received purchase information but no shipping info, when asked several times I eventually got a tracking number, which showed that the package went to South Africa. I requested a refund, all I was told is that it has been re- routed on March 23, no further information has been given. I am requesting a total refund. since no package or any signs of it has been received as yet.Desired Settlement: I would like a total refund of payment and international shipping fee to be refunded to my credit card.

Review: I order a men denim suit from First Suit company on 11/13/15. I order the size that my husband wears which is a forty. After I placed this order I was told that you must order the size you need plus six inches which would have been a forty-six. This information is not clearly stated on the website when you place the order. The owner told me to wait until the package arrives and call him so I can send it back.

I called him when I got the package and first he told me on Thursday, November 19, 2015, he was closing and could not run to the back to get the order shipping information to have it shipped back to him. He stated I needed to call him back the next day which was Friday, November 20, 2015. I called him back and he said I needed to send back the package to him with a check for an extra fifteen dollars, if I wanted to exchange the item. His website provides a satisfaction guarantee, so I think if First suit is going to advertise this they should have provide a return label and it should not have to cost extra money for me to help them provide a satisfaction guaranteed.

I went the post office and the attendant told me I should have receive a return label from the business to send it. I called the owner and after he was rude and unprofessional, I told him I am sending back the product. He told me that he would not refund me purchase and he would ruin my credit if I tried to get a refund. I told him he had no right to make such a statement and he told me this two more times. I hung up the phone because he was just being argumentative and difficult.

If the size of the suit had been clearly stated on the website, I would have not had a problem. When the consumer orders, so that this does not happen again and deceive other consumers, then they try to pin unnecessary charges on the consumer because they will not clearly state how a consumer need to order the proper size until later. First Suit website should make this information readily available and clear.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for product and return shipping. I spent thirteen dollars and five cent to have this product returned. I want the Revdex.com to address the company statement by the owner that he will ruin consumer credit because they seek to return the product. I want First Suit's website to clearly state clearly the proper sizes or instructions for ordering consumer products.

We sell 100,000's of mens suits a year with no issue. We are trained be respectful to every caller no matter what the issue may be. The standard in mens suit industry is whatever size you order in the jacket you subtract by 6 and and that is what you will have in the waist. FOR example, if you ordered a 46 in the jacket you would have received a 40 in the waist. Once again this is an accepted industry standard in the mens suit industry. You always order the jacket size not the pant size. In the case of the customer she ordered her husband by waist size not jacket size. She could have called via phone for clarification but online we only list jacket sizes not waist sizes so we have have zero confusion besides this one very unique time.Or return policy is right online. The customer of course can do an exchange that is no problem ( we are not responsible for shipping ) OR we can do a refund ( We have a 25% restocking fee )Our return policy is on our website. We would be happy to do an exchange for the customer or a refund. We would like to thank the Revdex.com for there help in this unfortunate chain of events.

I am rejecting this response because: It is not true that the size was clearly stated on the website, this is the reason for the whole problem I am experiencing with this company. I refuse to pay for an error that was not clearly stated for the consumer. I paid for the shipping back fee as soon as I obtained the information. I am not requesting anything that I that I did not pay for, I just want back all the money that I paid for this product.

The size you ordered was the exact size shipped. We made no error. You went off of waist sizing as opposed to jacket sizing. The only sizes we list on the website are the jacket sizes ( not the waist ) The is extremely clear and transparent and has never been an issue after 100,000's of positive/successful men's suit orders filled. We are in business to fill orders promptly and accurately so we have the potential to get a reorder from the customer. This concept is thriving force behind the continued success of our company. If this is a sizing issue that is an easy fix. We stock thousands of suits and would be glad to accommodate you with the correct size. We would be glad to do an exchange for you. As a courtesy we would waive the re-shipping fee for you and ship it back for free. Or we can refund you that is also not a problem, however all refunds carry a 25% re-stocking fee. We would bring that down to 20% as a courtesy as well. Or return policy can be found on our website. We are attempting to put our "Best foot forward" in order to resolve this by compromising. A key to a fair and just compromise is where both parties give Alittle to come to some sort of resolution. We are giving... ( Must not be 1 way )However we will not waive all our policies entirely. These policies were put into place for the survival of our company. We are in fact willing to compromise in an attempt satisfy. Once again we would like to thank the Revdex.com in there effort to mediate a situation that should be relatively straight-forward to fix.
