Review: In February of 2012, I decided to go to Massage Envy to get a Valentines gift for my girlfriend at the time. I purchased a 6 month package to where she could go 1 time a month for 6 months. It was also a little cheaper this way. At the end of the 6 months they had asked my Ex girlfriend if she would like to continue her membership and she said yes. To make a long story short,they continued billing me without me realizing this for another 10 months. Stupidly I should have checked my credit card statements but I didnt. When I finally realized this money had been taken out each month I called them. The manager said she would stop all payments immediately and try to resolve this. I also found talking to the manager that my Ex girlfriend had been signing the receipts for the $20 tip she would give them each time which came out of my account. She said she was gonna contact my Ex and try to resolve this quickly. I never heard back from her until a month later I called and was a little upset that nothing was done about this. She then told me that she could not get ahold of my Ex. So I called my Ex and told her to call the manager ASAP so we could figure this out. All I really wanted was to be reimbursed for the months that the money was taken out that I didnt agree to. Never received a phone call back.. Now its September and I notice that they took another $60 out of my account. I called immediately and was told they put my account on freeze and it started back up September 15th... (when it should have been canceled back in May when all this went down).. Anyways they called me back a few minutes after and said they were reimbursing the $60 immediately and were going to delete the account or whatever.. I wanted to first reach out to the Revdex.com and see if there was something you all could do for me before I make arrangements with a lawyer to try to resolve this. Im just looking for 9 payments of $60 which is $540 total. Thats not including the tips my Ex gave and signed without my consent..Thank you.
